01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the ves789 website at ves789.net, or by registering a player account, you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all use of the ves789 platform including but not limited to the live casino, sports betting, slot games, fishing games and any other gaming products or services made available by ves789 from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the ves789 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific terms attached to individual promotions or bonus offers. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion or bonus, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

ves789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility as a Player to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the ves789 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

02 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The ves789 platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access the platform, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity offered by ves789. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are not accessing ves789 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Age Verification

ves789 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon detection of any activity that suggests a Player may be under the legal age. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the competent authority in Bangladesh.

Where ves789 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and all gaming activity will be suspended pending receipt and verification of the required documents. If verification confirms that the Player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned to the original payment method, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling under applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using a ves789 account.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee of ves789 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must not have previously had a ves789 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have full legal capacity under Bangladeshi law to enter into a binding agreement.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of gaming services on ves789, you are required to register a player account. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one account. ves789 strictly prohibits the creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment method identifiers or device identifiers.

Registration Requirements

When registering a ves789 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. ves789 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ves789 account credentials, including your username, password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ves789 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS or any other communication channel.

• You must notify ves789 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ves789 will treat all activity carried out using your account credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have notified ves789 of a security breach in advance of the relevant activity.
• ves789 recommends that all Players enable OTP-based two-factor authentication, which is available through the account security settings dashboard.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to artificially interact with the ves789 platform on your behalf.

Account Verification

ves789 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before withdrawals are processed or before bonus funds are released. The KYC process is conducted to comply with anti-money laundering best practices and to protect the integrity of the ves789 platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ves789 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ves789 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and bank transfer to or from accounts held with participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and others subject to availability.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ves789 is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your ves789 balance in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. ves789 charges no platform fee on any deposit transaction. You are responsible for ensuring that any mobile wallet or bank account you use to deposit belongs to you personally — third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your ves789 balance depending on your bank's processing times.
• ves789 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit if required for security or verification purposes.
• ves789 does not accept deposits made using cryptocurrency, prepaid cards issued outside Bangladesh, or any payment method not explicitly listed as supported on the platform.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals on ves789 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the Player having completed any applicable KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ves789 aims to process all withdrawal requests the same business day, subject to security checks and verification status.

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• ves789 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically completed within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days.
• ves789 charges no platform withdrawal fee. Any fees charged by your payment provider are the responsibility of the player and are not reimbursed by ves789.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ves789 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits associated with bonus-derived winnings.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each offer, which may include account verification status, deposit history and geographic location within Bangladesh.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new Players only — one per household, device, IP address and payment method identifier.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance. Real-money balance is used first in all gameplay unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• ves789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to void bonus credits if it determines that the offer was claimed through abuse, collusion or misrepresentation.
• Bonuses issued in error — for example, as a result of a technical fault or human error — may be reclaimed by ves789 and are not payable even if they have been wagered and winnings derived from them.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season or the ICC T20 World Cup will carry their own specific eligibility and expiry terms that supersede these general bonus conditions where applicable.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific bonus offer, all bonus funds issued by ves789 carry a standard wagering requirement that must be met using real-money bets on eligible games. Cricket betting, live casino table games and slot games may contribute different percentages towards the wagering requirement as specified in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, which is stated in each individual offer.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh. ves789 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a breach has occurred.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform in connection with money laundering.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in any game or in the ves789 platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other Players, whether in live casino games, sports betting or any other game format, to manipulate outcomes or share information for collective advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, staking in a pattern that breaches the spirit of a bonus offer, or transferring bonus value between accounts.
• Attempting to use a ves789 account to process payments on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider-information betting in connection with ves789's sports betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ves789 customer support staff or other Players.

07 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ves789 platform — including but not limited to the ves789 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, sounds, and any other material — is the intellectual property of ves789 or its licensed content providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ves789 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the ves789 platform without the prior written consent of ves789.

Any unauthorised use of ves789 intellectual property or the intellectual property of its licensed providers may result in civil and criminal liability under the applicable laws of Bangladesh and the jurisdictions in which the relevant rights holders operate. ves789 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of infringement.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ves789 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should ensure that any remaining real-money balance has been withdrawn to your registered payment method. ves789 will process account closure requests within one business day. Any unclaimed real-money balance at the time of confirmed closure will be refunded to your most recently used payment method, subject to verification requirements.

Suspension or Closure by ves789

ves789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity or age verification within a reasonable period as requested by ves789.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 06.
• A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement instruction requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated as dormant and subject to an administrative fee or closure at ves789's discretion, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

Self-Exclusion

In addition to the account closure process, ves789 provides a self-exclusion tool that allows Players to suspend their own account for a defined period — from a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 12 months — for responsible gaming purposes. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
